And now for a review that is not useless!

This is flawlessly done, the inking is evidently cartoon-y, but done in such a way that it looks pleasingly simple and clean, and easy on the eyes.
The armor would be my favorite part of the piece, it's "shine" reflects the light from his orbliterator in a way that not only suits the media, but also looks kick-ass and realistic.

The only flaw of this piece (of which is very minor) would be the thumb on the left hand - it looks like it's bent at a slightly odd angle.

wow what a great review!

the thumb does look pretty exaggerated and from the pic in general it is kinda pushed a little too far in comparison to the other elements.

good eye pal. i'm glad you liked the piece in general tho, i'm really stoked you like his war-apron, that's alot of what his character is. super strong and immovable.

thanks again for the great review!

This proves how immature many art viewers are.

This is a perfectly executed piece of abstract art, questioning what's in popular demand (And proving that aprox 4167 people so far are perverts ;P )

Ha, thanks, I was actually really surprised when I logged into newgrounds a month later and found 4k views :)

Very nice art, but...

Those legs - they look out of place (yeah, I know - chimaera, but it just looks odd the way it is a different colour to the overal scheme).

Keep up the awesomeness :D *thumbsup*

Barzona responds:

Well, the design was HIS. I only spiced it up a little. I would've done things WAY differently.

What's this?

Appart from being a 5-minute work done is MS-Paint, I have no idea what that floating head and those random mushroom looking bits have to do with anything.

The shading is good, but what's this? You uploaded it as a JPEG? OH MY GOD, c'mon!

The eyes and hair needs some work, as does the presentation.

bobbinter responds:

your face needs some work,
but thanks for the puke anyway

PERFECTION

Hand AA'ing pixel art, what fun :D

You pulled it off perfectly - and what Metaru said is completely untrue. I can see the individual pixels of the AA and see that they are not smooth photoshop-drawn gradients, but limited pallette pixels.

I'm also a pixel artist, and I understand how to do hand AA pixel art too :>
Keep up the awesome pixelling! *thumbsup*

Hellstick responds:

My dithering sucks though and im really bad at limiting my palletesXD
I've never been a TRUE pixelartist, but i still use some of the techniques - for example AA'ing. Im glad you're approving of this though! Thanks alot:)
