So I just noticed the recent addition to NewGround's catagories - the ART PORTAL (Caps lock, SRS BSNS).
And I gotta say, it looks pretty sweee-eeet. Righto, time to spam you with my art >:D
Oh, and I'll be playing Left4Dead in a half an hour - if you see a person by the name of "Fortun3", it'll be me.

Newgrounds' Art Portal is better than Deviant Art on many levels.
1. Option of Copyright laws
2. Reviews on a scale of 1-10 + Voting
3. Scouting capabilities. (It encourages you to only fill the portal with ART not CRAP!)
4. You can give permission for use of art in things like games, concepts, or characters.
Newgrounds takes the concept of Deviant art...And freakin' Owns at it.

100% agreed, plus Newgrounds is less strict when it comes to user behaviour - the drama you get on Deviant Art is unbelievable, as is the banning.
